At Valeri Vine, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a clear and transparent return and exchange process for customers within the United States.
Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in new condition
- Returned in original packaging
- Include all tags and labels attached
Items that are used, damaged (not due to our error), or do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Defective or incorrect items may be returned regardless of use, provided they are reported promptly after delivery.
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returns are handled by mail only. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@valerivine.com to receive approval and return instructions.
Once approved, a return shipping label will be provided.
We provide free return shipping for eligible returns, and no restocking fees will be charged.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for items such as different sizes, colors, or variants, subject to the same conditions as returns.
- Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Items must remain unused and in original condition

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.
All refunds are issued in USD. If your original payment was made in another currency, your financial institution may apply exchange rates or additional fees, which are outside of our control.
